Where I was on this day ten years ago 9/11
I was in 6th grade at Marshall Middle School Marshall VA. I was in Science class with Ms. Percioni learning about the Periodic table, picking out the element we wanted to do our science project on. A few minutes later, another teacher from the Timber Wolves Team came into our classroom and informed her of something, by the looks of it was not good. When they were both done talking, she took all 14 of us out of her room and brought us into the library, sat us all down, brought over a tv and turned on the news and we all sat there wondering why we are here watching the news. And then it hit us, we were watching the Twin Towers fall. A couple of minutes later the principal came in and turned off the Tv, and told us to go back to our room. Well all tried to go back to our work. But come on we are a bunch of 6th graders, who just saw something terrible happen. How is anyone expect us to go back to our work… The bell rang for next period, i went to 2nd period which was english, was in that class for about 45 minutes when over the classroom intercom that mine and my twin sisters name was called to the office. Went to the office and their was my mom to take my twin and i home.
That is where i was ten year ago..
